摘要
主要介绍 ODBC、DAO、OLE DB、ADO这四种常用的数据库访问技术的典型特征 ,并从访问性能、开放性、面向对象特性、能否访问非关系数据源、是否基于组件对象模型等几个方面分析和比较这四种技术 ,最后总结出它们的共同点和差异。
Introduces the feature of the ODBC, the DAO, the OLE DB and the ADO, which are the commonly used technologies about database accessi ng. Analyzes and compares them from their performance, openness,peculiarity of o bject-oriented, behaviour of accessing non-relational data source, and specifi c of based on component object model. Finally, gives out their homo-points and differences.
