摘要
在建立离心机和振动台系统组成的复合动力学环境数学模型的基础上,提出了一种将结构动力学、有限元分析和可视化技术相结合的方法,对离心力-振动复合动力学环境进行计算机仿真。文中首先讨论了仿真软件的设计思想,介绍了振动和离心力复合动力学环境仿真软件CDE_VSIM 的结构,讨论了将图形技术的数据场可视化、动态数据场显示技术应用于有限元计算后处理 的方法及 CDE_VSIM与MATLAB的接口方法。最后通过对在离心力作用下振动台运动的仿真和实验结果比较,验证了所建立的离心机和振动台系统组成的复合动力学环境数学模型的正确性。
Based on mathematical model of compound dynamical environment consisted of centrifuger and vibrator system, a method combined by structure dynamics, FEM analysis and visualization technique is presented to simulate centrifuge and vibration compound environment. In this paper, the design method of simulation software is discussed firstly. And then the structure of the centrifugal and vibration compound dynamical environment simulation software CED_VSIM is introduced, and the method of applying graphical techniques such as data field visualization and dynamical data field displaying technique to post-processing of FEM computation is discussed, and the interface method of CDE_VSIM and Matlab is discussed. Finally the mathematical model of compound dynamical environment consisted of centrifuger and vibrator system is justified compared by simulation and experiment results under centrifugal.
