摘要
确定信息集成的方向是系统集成的前提 ,由于企业内部存在大量的信息 ,必须判断现有信息的完善程度以及缺少的信息 ,才能进行有效地集成。提出了基于企业关键绩效指标建立企业信息流矩阵中各部门的输入信息 ,采用闭环控制原理确定各部门的输出信息和方向。将企业信息流矩阵引入信息集成分析中 ,介绍了该矩阵的基本性质、应用范围和使用方法。
This paper have found Informationflow(IF) Matrix based on the enterprise CSF and used the Closed Loop to confirm the output informatio n and direct of the departement.This paper took Informationflow Matrix of Enterp rise into the analyzing of the information integration.
