摘要
目的 探讨复杂髋臼骨折手术治疗的效果。方法 本组骨折切开复位采用前后联合入路12例 ,延伸髂腹股沟入路 4例 ,改良S P入路 2例。结果 平均随访 3年。 11例解剖复位 ,疗效优 ;5例复位满意 ,4例优 ,1例良 ;2例陈旧性骨折复位不满意 ,疗效差。结论 手术可有效复位固定此类骨折 。
Objective To study the result of operative treatment on complicated acetabulum fractures. Methods All patients were treated operatively. The operation consisted of open reduction and internal fixation with combined anterior and posterior exposures in 12 cases and an extended approach in 6 cases. Results The patients were followed up for an average of 3 years. Satisfactory reduction and good results were obtained in 16 cases. Conclusion The hip joint and the congruity of the head and acetablum can be reconstructed by effective open reduction and internal fixation , and further sequelae reduced.
