摘要
农民收入的稳步增长是农业进入新阶段后农业和农村经济工作的中心任务。改革开放 2 0多年来 ,我国农民收入水平有了较大的提高 ,农民生活水平得到极大改善。但最近几年 ,出现了农民人均收入增幅减缓的态势 ,其原因是多方面的。增加农民收入必须要有新的思路 ,要跳出过去那种就农业论农业和思维定势 ,把增加农民收入问题纳入到国民经济发展的整体来统筹安排。
The steady increase in the farmers' income is th e main task of the agriculture and the rural economy after the agriculture reach es to a new phase. Since China opened its door, the level of the farmers' income has been sharply raised and the living condition of the farmets has greatly imp roved. But recently, new problems have arisen and the increasing rate of per cap ita income has slowed down. The reasons are varied. We should come up with new s olutions to the higher income of the farmers. It means that we should get rid of the traditional thinking pattern. To increase the farmers' income can be includ ed in the development of the national economy.
