摘要
对移植西宁地区矮嵩草几种抗氧化物质含量的季节变化测定发现 ,矮嵩草叶片内紫外线吸收色素、抗坏血酸含量以及超氧化物歧化酶的活性在 5到 8月间呈“拱型”变化 ,6、 7月份最高。超氧阴离子自由基的相对含量呈现略微下降趋势。
The seasonal variation of the contents of antioxidants in Kobresia humilis and tis relation to solar radiation were studied.The results showed that the contents of ultraviolet absorption compounds,ascorbic acid and the activity of superoxidase (SOD)exhibited convex course from May to August.Superoxide radical(O 2 )tended to decline from May to August.Seasonal changes of antioxidants in Kobresia humilis were positively related to solar radiation.
