氨基酸平衡的红薯型日粮对生长猪性能的影响

摘要 试验使用50头长白×大约克×杜洛克三元杂交猪。根据“理想蛋白”氨基酸模式,利用饲料合理组合配制除赖氨酸和蛋氨酸外其余必需氨基酸得到最大限度平衡的试验用红薯型日粮,以研究生长猪获得最佳性能时的赖氨酸适宜水平及合适的赖蛋比。结果表明,生长猪红薯型日粮达到适宜氨基酸平衡的赖蛋比为6.5%,通过饲料合理组合同时增加合成赖氨酸和蛋氨酸可使日粮中必需氨基酸结构接近“理想蛋白”。精氨酸、组氨酸和亮氨酸的过剩明显降低。 A total of 50 hybrid pigs (Landrace×Large White×Duroc) were used. Ac cording to the 'ideal protein' amino acid pattern, experimental sweet potato die ts were formulated, in which essential amino acids were maximally balanced except for lysine and methionine, to determine the lysine levels and appropriate lysi ne to methionine ratios to maximize the performance of growing pigs. It was show n that an optimal amino acid balance was achieved when the lysine to methionine ratio was 6.5% in sweet potato diets for growing pigs. Rational combination of f eed ingredients plus increasing synthetic lysine and methionine could make dietary essential amino acids similar to 'ideal protein' in composition, apart from an obvious reduction in excessive arginine, histidine and leucine.
