黄颡鱼人工繁殖及鱼苗培育试验 被引量:11

摘要 以鲜鱼虾肉、自制配合料为饵料 ,在室内和室外水泥池内进行黄颡鱼亲鱼培育 ;采用DOM、PG、LHRH-A2、HCG不同剂量组合进行人工催产 ;采用静水和微流水两种方式进行孵化。在孵化网箱内进行鱼苗培育。结果表明 :黄颡鱼亲鱼喜食新鲜饵料 ,也易驯食配合饲料 ,室内和室外人工条件下均能获得成熟亲鱼 ;用DOM +HGG +LHRH -A2或PG +HCG +LHRH -A2的混合剂人工催产 ,微流水孵化效果较好 ,催产率为 5 0 %~ 10 0 % ,受精率为 60 %~ 90 % ,孵化率达 70 %~ 90 % ;小网箱培育鱼苗 ,成活率高 。 With fresh meals of fish and shrimp?artificial formulated diets,seedstocks of Pseudobagrus fulvidraco were reared in outdoor or indoor square ponds.Injected the mixture hormones of different dose of DOM?PG?LHRH-A2 and HCG into the seedstocks to induce spawning.Incubated the fertilized eggs with quiet or slow flowing water.Culture the fry in the hatchery cages.The results showed that:(1)The seedstocks of Pseudobagrus fulvidraco favored fresh meals and could be domes ticated to eat formulated diets as well.Under artificial conditions no matter outdoor or indoor,ripe seedstocks could be obtained;(2)The mixture of DOM?HCG and LHRH-A2 or that of PG?HCG and LHRH-A2 could succeed in artificial induce spawning.With slow flowing water to hatch,the hatchery effect was better.Induce spawning rate was 50 %-100 %,fertilized rate was 60 %-90 %,hatchery survival rate was 70 %-90 %;(3)Culturing the fry in the small hatchery cages resulted in high survival rate and identical body size.
