摘要
农地保护是我国的一项基本国策。新时期随着城市化进程的加快和人口的增加 ,我国农地保护政策面临着新的挑战。该文在简单介绍了发达国家农地保护政策的基础上 ,结合各国的国情 ,比较分析了各国农地保护政策的特点。
Farmland preservation is a fundamental national policy of China. With fast urbanization and population growth, the policy of farmland preservation in China is increasingly challenged. Based on the brief introduction of farmland preservation policy from six developed countries, cross national analysis of farmland preservation policy is conducted in this paper with aspects such as characteristic, experience of success etc. At the same time, the measures of farmland preservation from the mentioned countries are concluded which is expected to be helpful for farmland preservation in China.
