摘要
流感是一种常见多发的呼吸道疾病。中医认为流行性感冒为疫疠之邪 ,属于温病范畴。中草药中的解表药、清热药以及以它们为主组成的中成药通过抗病毒、解热抗炎、镇痛及增强机体免疫功能而达到抗流感的疗效。中草药及其中成药抗流感病毒的基本原理在于扶正祛邪或驱邪扶正 ,通过阻断病毒繁殖过程的吸附、穿入、复制、成熟中的某一环节而直接抑制病毒 ,并通过提高机体的免疫功能 ,促进机体的特异性和非特异性免疫功能而间接抑制病毒。
Influenza,a kind of common epidemic disease of respiratory tract,It is a pathogenic factor of pestilence,belonging to seasonal febrile disease in Chinese traditional medicine. Drugs for treating exterior syndromes,heat clearing drugs of Chinese herbs and Chinese patent medcine which mainly consisted of them can resist influenza by resisting virus,clearing heat and resisting inflammation,easing pain and increasing immune function of body.The basic principle of anti influenza in Chinese herb medcine and the Chinese patent medcine lies in supporting healthy Qi to eliminate pathogenic factors or eliminating pathogenic factors to prevent any chain of absorption,penetration,duplication and maturation in the process of propagation in virus by improving immune function of body and promoting specific and non specific immune functions.There is a very wide prospect in research and develop of Chinese herbs and Chinese patent medcine of anti-influenza virus.
