摘要
目的 选择 62例糖尿病心脏植物神经病变并高血压患者 ,观察合贝爽和伲福达治疗高血压的疗效及对心率的影响。方法 采用顺序随机分组的方法 ,分别给予合贝爽 90～ 1 80 mg/d或伲福达 2 0～ 40 mg/d单一治疗 1 0周 ,采用 2 4小时动态血压和动态心电图于用药前后监测。结果 用药后两组血压值和血压负荷都明显降低。合贝爽同时可减慢心率 ,对糖尿病心脏植物神经病变有改善作用 ,而伲福达可增加心率 ,不利于糖尿病心脏植物神经病变。二者对血脂、血糖和肾功能无影响。结论 合贝爽对糖尿病心脏植物神经病变并高血压治疗效果较好 ,而且对糖尿病心脏植物神经病变有改善作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Herbesser and Nifedipini in the treatment of hypertension and heart rate,62 cases of cardiac autonomic neuropathy (CAN) in diabetics with hypertension were selected.Methods Patients were divided into two groups to receive Herbesser 90～180mg/d or Nifedipini 20～40mg/d alone for 10 weeks.The 24 hour dynamic blood pressure and electrocardiography monitoring were performed in all patients before and after treatment.Results Blood pressure and blood pressure load were decreased in patients of both groups.Herbesser reduced heart rate and had therapeutic effect on diabetic CAN.But Nifedipini increased heart rate and had no therapeutic effect on diabetic CAN.Both Herbesser and Nifedipini had no adverse effects on blood lipid,glucose and renal function.Conclusion Herbesser had the efficiency on the treatment of diabetic CAN with hypertension and on diabetic CAN.
