介绍了DS -95 0 0分散控制系统的软硬件构成 ,详细地阐述了DS 95 0 0系统在洛阳石化公司炼油实验厂催化裂化装置 (FCCU)上的应用。文中着重针对反应温度与再生滑阀压降低选控制方案 ,从控制流程、仪表回路、硬件结构、系统组态。
The constructions of hardware and software of DS 9500 DCS is introduced. The application of DS 9500 DCS in FCCU in Petroleum Processing Demonstration Plant of our Corporation is expounded in detail.Regarding to control scheme of reaction temperature & pressure drop of regeneration slide valve,the implementation of the control process,instrument loop,construction,configuration,product,and testing etc.of system are stated.
