天然气成本控制的原则、方法和措施 天然气工业，２００１；２１（６）：９５～９８摘 要 如何将现代企业成本管理方法与天然气生产的特点相结合，制订出具有行业特色的成本控制方法措施，值得深入研究。文章在概要介绍天然气成本控制的原则、方法的基础上，重点对天然气成本控制的措施进行了探讨，如三维成本管理、目标成本控制、增加成本容量、降低体制成本以及与施工作业单位建立新型的、相互信任的联盟伙伴关系等，具有可操作性，供参考。
It is worth deeply investigating how to combine modern enterprise cost management methods with natural gas production properties to make up a set of profession-characterized cost control methods and measures. In the paper, on the basis of generally introducing natural gas cost control principles and methods, its measures are emphatically discussed, including three-component cost management, target cost control, increasing cost capacity and decreasing system cost as well as building up a novel, mutual-trust and alliance relation with construction unit. They are serviceable and may be available for reference.
