利用纳米晶基体中的各相具有不同电化学活性的性质,在1mol HCl电解液中,对用非晶晶化法制备的FeMoSiB纳米晶进行恒电流极化,在试样两边各得到厚5μm,孔径小于100nm的纳米多孔结构,多孔结构的开孔分布均匀,骨架是硼化物相.
The fact of different electrochemical properties of phases in nanocrystalline FeMoSiB alloys in HCl solution has been utilized to dissolve preferentially α-Fe phase in the matrix. The nanoporous structure of boride phases of 5μm thick with the pore's size of below 100nm has been produced in the double side of specimen by galvanically electrolyzing it at a constant electrical current intensity of 5mA/cm2 for 30 minutes in the solution.
