摘要
小鼠在声级为104dB(A)的纺织噪声环境,每天暴露8小时,连续15天,巨噬细胞吞噬功能明显降低,淋巴细胞转化率减少、血清溶血素含量明显下降、间脑和脑干内多巴胺含量减少、血浆皮质的含量降低。在噪声连续作用的第八天,灌胃人参合剂、刺玖果合剂7天,以上指标得到明显的改善。本实验初步表明,纺织噪声慢性作用可致小鼠神经—内分泌—免疫系统功能障碍,补益类中药有良好效果。该结果可为人用抗噪声药物的研究提供实验依据。
Mice were exposed to 104 dB (A) loom noise environment contin-uously for 15 d (8 hr daily).The macrophage phagocytosis rate andlymphocyte blastogenesis went down significantly,and blood con-tents of hemolysin,brain dopamine and plasma corticosterone de-creased.After 7 davs' exposure,two kinds of Chinse tonics,mixturesof Ginseng and Rosa davurica Pall,were given to the exposed micefor 8 d.All above indices were improved signficantly.The resultsof the experiment showed that the accumulative effect of theloom noise might cause physiological disturbances in nerve-endo-crine-immunity system,and that Chinese tonic might be able toprotect man from noise damage.
