摘要
近年来,我国研制了几种大倾角带式输送机,如矿用大倾角压带式输送机、垂直气垫压带式输送机、波状挡边带式输送机、吊挂管状带式输送机以及深槽型大倾角带式输送机等都完成了样机研制并通过了技术鉴定。有些样机正在工矿试用;有些比较成熟的样机正在进行系列设计。为便于用户了解这些新产品,现综述它们的性能、特点和适用范围。还简要介绍它们的技术水平、生产单位和应用情况。
In recent years, different types of sharp inclined belt conveyor were developed and acquired technicalappraisal. These include sharp inclined sandwich belt conveyor for mining application, air-cushioned verticalsandwich belt conveyor, belt conveyor with corrugated sidewalls, suspended tubular belt conveyor and sharpinclined belt conveyor with deep trough idlers. Some of them are now under test running at factories andmines, while series design for those technically proven types are underwary. In this paper, the performanceand technical features of these conveyors and their fields of application are described.
