摘要
目的 分析 16 0 0例抗结核药物的副反应。方法 记录住院病人的药物副反应 ,并进行有关检查。结果 42例有各种不同之副反应 ,平均 12 .7天出现 ,8.2 %因副反应而终止治疗。
Objective To analyze the side effects of antituberculosis drugs in 1600 cases with pulmonary tuberculosis.Method The side effects of antituberculosis drugs were recorded in 1600 inpatients and relevant examinations were conducted.Results Only 42 out of the 1600 cases had side effects.The mean time of the side effects occurance for the 42 cases was 12.7 days.Among them,8.2% patients discontinued the treatment because of the side effects.Conclusions The side effects in antituberculosis therapy should receive more attentiom.
