摘要
目的 为了控制愈风宁心胶囊的质量 ,建立葛根素含量测定的HPLC方法。方法 色谱条件为 :ODS柱 ,甲醇 水 (2 5∶75 )为流动相 ,流速 1 1ml·min-1,检测波长为 2 5 0nm。结果 平均回收率 99 82 % ,RSD =0 16 5 %。结论 此方法简便 ,灵敏、准确、重复性好 ,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
AIM To control the quality of Yufeng Ningxin capsules. The HPLC method of puerarin was established. METHODS A chromatography method for the separation and determination of puerarin in the preparation was established, chromatogrphy conditions:ODS column with methanol-water(25∶75) as the mobil phase at 1 1 ml·min -1 flow-rate,detection wavelength at 250 nm. RESULTS The average recovery was 99 82%,with RSD 0 165%. CONCLUSION The method is simple, sensitive, accurate and with a good reproducibility.
