摘要 目的:概述丙型肝炎病毒核心蛋白的主要生物学功能。方法:查阅并参考国外近年 20多篇相关文献资料。结果:综述了丙型肝炎病毒核心蛋白 T、 B细胞表位及对细胞周期的影响。结论:核心蛋白是丙型肝炎病毒疫苗研究的靶区域,与病毒持续性感染、肝细胞肝癌的发生密切相关,对其深入研究有助于探讨丙型肝炎病毒的致病机制及其防治。 Objective:To generalize the biological function of hepatitis C Virus(HCV)core protein.Method:More than 20 current foreign literatures were read and reviewed.Results:There are some T and B cell epitopes on HCV core protein,and HCV core protein can affect cell cycle.Conclusions:HCV core protein was the target region of studying vaccine,related with persistent infection and hepatocarcinoma.The reviewed results are beneficial to study the HCV pathogenesis and therapy for hepatitis C.
