摘要
为掌握气垫带式输送机上、下分支的气垫压力、空气消耗量及能耗数据,为设计高速气垫带式输送机提供经验,研制了机长为91m的全气垫带式输送机,进行了工业性试验。介绍了关键部件结构设计,试验参数分析和样机的应用。
In order to obtain technical data such as air cushion pressure under upper and bottom belts, as well asair/energy consumption, a fully air-cushioned belt conveyor of 91m long is developed and tested on industr-ial site. It provides experience in designing high speed air-cushioned belt conveyor. Constructional design ofkey components, analysis of experimental parameters and prototype application are presented.
