摘要
目的 :研究老年睡眠呼吸暂停综合征 (SAS)患者睡眠时心率变异性 (HRV)的改变 ,以评价其呼吸暂停过程中自主神经功能状态。方法 :对 SAS6 8例 ,对照组 6 9例老年患者进行整夜 (>7小时 )多导睡眠图 (PSG)监测 ,同时记录、比较两组心率变异的各项时域、频域指标变化。结果 :与对照组比较 ,SAS组的血氧饱和度显著下降(P=0 .0 0 1) ,心率变异指数 (HRVindes)降低 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,低频 (L F)、高频 (HF)显著增高 (P均 <0 .0 1)。结论 :老年 SAS患者夜间 HRV有显著改变 ,提示这时有严重的自主神经功能紊乱。
Objective:To study the changes of autonomic nervous system in aged patients with sleep apnea syndrome(SAS) by detecting heart rate variability(HRV).Methods:Poly\|channel sleepgraph determination was performed(whole nighy,>7 hours) in SAS group(68 patients with SAS) and control group(69 patients without SAS),each index of HRV was detected simultaneously.Results:Compared with control group,the SaO 2 decreased( P =0 001),HRV indes decreased( P <0 05) and LF?HF increased( P <0 01 all) in SAS group.Conclusion:There are significant change in night HRV of aged patients with SAS,suggesting dysfunction of autonomic nervous system was occurred.
