摘要
目的 :研究 P波离散度与房性心律失常的关系。方法 :测定 2 3例房性心律失常患者治疗前、后的 P波离散度 ,并与 30例正常人的 P波离散度进行对比。结果 :房性心律失常患者的 P波离散度较正常对照组显著延长 (P<0 .0 1) ,治疗后有明显缩短 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :P波离散度可作为预测房性心律失常的心电图指标之一。
Objective:To investigate the relationship between P dispersion and atrial arrhythmia.Methods:P dispersion of 23 patients with atrial arrhythmia was measured before and after treatment.Which data were compared to those of 30 normal persons.Results:P dispersion of 23 patients was remarkable higher than those of normal persons( P <0 01).After treatment P dispersion was lower than those before treatment( P <0 01 ).Conclusion:P dispersion was one of valuable ECG predicting atrial arrhythmia.
