摘要 本实验采用头低位20°悬吊方法,造成体液头向分布,观察4组(对照组,头低位悬吊3、7、15天组)兔的脑超微结构和显微结构的变化,结果表明悬吊后兔脑出现明显的微血管组织结构的变化,这些变化在悬吊后第三天最明显,15天时有恢复趋势。 Head-down(20°)suspension was used to cause cephalad redistribution of body fluid in rabbits,The animals were divided into 4 groups.Those in groups 1,2 and 3 were suspended for 3,7 and 15 days respectively and the fourth group served as control.The brain ultrastructure and microstruc- ture were observed.The results showed that the brain microvessels changed evidently after suspension,which caused changes of the ultrastructure of the brain nerve cells.The most evident changes occurred on the 3rd sus- pension day and tendency toward recovery was demonstrated on the 15th suspension day.
