摘要
入世会给延边林业带来深刻影响 ,尤其是对延边林业进出口贸易、对外投资、对外工程承包、对外劳务合作、进出口商品价格以及人员就业等方面影响很大。因此 ,延边林业要发挥自身优势 ,积极采取对策 ,开拓林业对外合作新领域 ,对内扩大开放 ,积极参加国际大循环 ,开拓新市场 ,组建跨国公司 。
Chinas entry into the WTO will have a great impact on Yanbians forestry,especially on such aspects as foreign trade,overseas investment,foreign related contracted projects,foreign labour service,exim commodity price,and employment.Therefore Yanbian should exploit its own advantages,adopt active countermeasures,open up a novel way for foreign cooperation,strengthen international coordination,participate in the international circulation,exploit new markets,set up multinationals,and train and attract more senior professionals for its forest industry.
