A golden opportunity has been provided for the establishment of a security mechanism in Northeast Asia due to such favourable factors as the current trend of peace and development,international attitudes towards multilateral security cooperation,improved relations between DPRK and other countries,and the interdependence brought about by economic globalization.Therefore a just,dynamic and reasonable security mechanism will surely be established in accordance with the principles of equal participation,consensus through consultation,respect for the reality,advancing step by step,and promoting political settlement by economic cooperation.
