摘要
荀子理论中蕴涵着丰富的社会分层思想。人性论和社会起源论是其理论基础 ,等级分层和职业分层是其理论核心 ,礼制是其实现社会分层和建立王道政治秩序的手段。研究荀子的这一思想 ,将有助于对当前社会不平等现象作出正确的分析。
Xunzis ideas on social stratification are contained in his theories,whose theoretical basis is theory of human nature and theory of social origin and whose theoretical core is social stratification and social division of labour.And norms of etiquette is the means of social stratification and setting up a kingly political order.The study of Xunzis ideas is still helpful to our intelligent analyses of the present social unjustness.
