摘要 花生(Arachis hypogaea L)成熟花粉为二细胞型,具3个萌发沟,少数有4个。外壁呈蜂窝状。花粉壁由覆盖层、基粒棒、外壁内层及内壁构成。营养细胞质有大量密集的线粒体。广泛分布的粗面内质同以及众多的脂体及含多数淀粉粒质体。线粒体嵴密集、相互平行,脂体被粗面内质网包围。粗面内质网与外核膜相连,亦与线粒体相连。高尔基体甚少。营养核无核仁及染色质,与生殖细胞相连形成雄性生殖单位(male germ unit)。生殖细胞纺锤形、有壁,见一末端延伸成长尾状(长8μm)。细胞质含核糖体、线粒体、微管,未见质体。在有些生殖细胞核内观察到具双层膜、少量嵴及深色内含物的球形结构,其来源及本质尚不知,有待进一步研究确定。 The mature pollen of peanut (Arachis hypogaea L.)is bicellular and tricolpate.the exine is faveolate.The pollen wall comprises of tectum,bacula,nexine and intine.The vegetative cell cytoplasm contains large amount of mitochondria,extensively distributive rough endoplasmic reticulum,unmberous lipid bodies and plastids containing plastids containing starch grains.The mitochondria are clustered,with many parallel cristae.The rough endoplasmic reticulum associates with not only the outer nuclear membrane but also the mitochondria. Lipid bodies are surrounded by rough endoplasmic reticulum.Few dictyosomes were observed.The vegeta- tive nucleus without nucleolus without nucleolus and chromatin is associated with generative cell to form a male germ unit.The generative cell shows a wall, spindle- shaped with a long and tail- like extension (8μm long) at ore end. It is difficult to determine whether a similar extension is at other end for lack of using serial sectioning. The generative cell cytoplasm contains mitochondria, ribosomes and microtubles but no plastid.The globular bodies with double membranes, a few cristae and dense inclusions are found within some generative nuclei. Their origin and nature are unknown and be to be further studied.
