摘要
采用经选育的猪苓PU 99菌作为生产菌株 ,研究了其培养基组成 ,优化了深层发酵条件。在 1吨罐中生产猪苓菌丝体 :发酵 36h ,其菌丝体干重达 2 .3% ,粗多糖含量为 31.0 %。对得到的猪苓菌丝体进行了有效成分的提取 ,并测定了猪苓多糖的分子量 ,分子量为 2 90 5 4 ,峰面积72 .0 2 %。
The media components and cultivation conditions for the production of mycelia by Polyporus umbellatus(Pers) Fries PU-99 in 1m 3 fermentor were studied. The results were as follows: dry weight of the mycelia, 2.3%; fermentation period, 36h; the content of polysaccharide,310mg/ml. The polysaccharide was extracted from the mycelia and then it was determined. The molecular weight was 29054 Da and the peak area was 72.02%.
