摘要
简述了电化学方法测铅的发展及优越性 ,重点给出了一种简便可靠的直接测定微量全血中铅的方法。该法检测下限可达 0 2ng/mL ,线性范围 0~ 0 0 4μg/ 5 0 μL血 ,相关系数r=0 9991 ,相对标准偏差 6 3 %~ 2 2 % ,平均加标回收率 83 9%~ 1 1 7 6%。实验结果表明 ,该法能够有效排除血中有机成分的干扰 ,快速、灵敏地测定微量全血中铅的含量 ,且重现性较好 。
The Development of determination of lead and its advantage by electroanalytical methods have been briefly discussed.A simple and reliable method for the direct determination of lead in whole blood has also been proposed.The detection limit is 0 2 ng/mL,the relative standard deviation is 6 3%~22% and the average recovery is in the range of 83 9%~117 6%.The calibration curve is linear over the range from 0 to 0 04 μg/50 μL blood with a correlation coefficient of 0 9991.The experimental data showed that there was less interference of the organic fractions in blood and the lead in blood could be determined with high sensitivity,good repeatability and rapidity by using this method.This method should be expected to be useful for the determination of lead in microamounts of whole blood in general clinic test.
