摘要
自由基所造成的脂质过氧化损伤与许多病理过程有关 ,但体内存在消除氧自由基的酶等抗自由基物质 ,微量元素是酶的结构成分和活性中心 ,铜、铁、锰、锗等微量元素对自由基的代谢产生影响。
Free radical causes lipid hydroperoxide damage.The damage takes part in a lot of pathologic courses,but substances eliminating free radical enzyme exist in human body.Trace elements are structure elements and activity center of enzyme.Copper,iron,manganese and germanium affect free radical metabolism.
