摘要
从分析洞庭湖区洪涝危险性形成机制出发,采用定性与定量相结合的方法,综合评价了洞庭湖区洪涝危险性.评价结果表明:湖区洪涝危险性总体程度较高;危险性程度无明显的地区差异;重点堤垸与蓄洪堤垸危险性程度差异较大;危险性程度呈现出堤垸平均规模越小,危险性程度越高的规律.
Beginning from the analysis of forming mechanism of flood-waterlogging risk, this paper assessed comprehensively the flood-water logging risk in Dongting Lake region by means of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods. The assessment results showed that as a whole, the risk degree of flood-water logging of all polders is more serious and have no obvious area differentiation. The risk degrees have obvious differentiation between important polders and flood storage polders. The risk degree of the polder is more serious when the scale of the polder is smaller.
