摘要
本文以鲁米诺依赖化学发光法检测了几种感染性及螨类皮肤病患者外周血多形核白细胞(PMNL)吞噬功能,结果:①61例细菌性感染患者PMNL吞噬功能(白细胞计数,本底与峰值)皆增高;②56例霉菌性和56例病毒性皮肤病与对照组比较,其峰值降低,而峰时延长;③47例螨类皮肤病的本底、峰值和峰时均无显著差异。
The luminol-dependent chemiluminescence (CL) of whole blood technique was used for the measurement of phagocytic function of PMNL in the cases of following skin diseases: (1) bacterial infection, 61 cases, (2) viralinfection, 56 cases; (3) mycotic infection, 56 cases; (4) acarine skin disease, 47 cases; (5) normal control, 48 cases.The followng results were obtained: (1) phagocytic function of PMNL(leucocytes counts, blank, peak) in patients with bacteriaI infection was enhanced. (2) when mycotic and viral infections were compared with the control, the peak values were lower and the peak time was longer. (3) the blank peak values and peak time in acarine dermatosis showed no significant difference.
