摘要
目的 观察米力农与美托洛尔联合治疗心力衰竭 (CHF)的疗效。方法 将 40例心功能Ⅱ～Ⅳ级 (NTHA分级 )的CHF住院患者随机分为两组 ,分别给予米力农与美托洛尔联合治疗和常规治疗。治疗前后分别进行心脏超声检查 ,对比心功能改变。结果 米力农与美托洛尔联合治疗组和常规治疗组治疗后心脏舒张和收缩功能均明显改善 ,但控制心率增快的作用前者明显优于后者 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 米力农和美托洛尔联合治疗CHF效果满意。
Objective To observe the curative effects of Milrinone in combination with Metorolol for treating congestive heart failure (CHF). Methods Forty cases of CHF were divided into two groups and there were twenty cases in each group. The patients in the two groups were administered Milrinone in combination with Metoprolol and routine therapy respectively. Cardio-ultrasound examinations were performed befor and after treatment in order to compare the changes of cardio-fundtions. Results Markedly improved diastole and systole functions appeared in both the two groups after treatment, but the acting of controlling heart rate was more obvious in the combination group than routine one (P<0 05). Conclusion The curative effects of Milrinone in combination with Metoprolol for CHF were satisfactory.
