摘要
以拟南芥为材料 ,通过培养诱导首次获得了叶片上直接分化雌蕊这一自然界罕见的拟南芥变异体 ,雌蕊结构典型 . RAPD分析结果表明变异体 DNA分子上发生了突变 .
A mutant of Arabidopsis thalinian , which had representative pistils forming on leaf surface of tube shoot, was induced by culturing the seedlings on MS medium containing 6 BA,ZT and IAA. The result of Random Amplifed Polymorphic DNA (RAPD) analysis indicated that an obvious variation occurred in DNA level of mutant plants.
