摘要
水分胁迫及 ABA处理能诱导丰抗 8号小麦幼苗及其悬浮培养细胞中 44.2 k D蛋白亚基的产生或大量合成。不同浓度的 Ca M抑制剂三氟啦嗪 ( Trifluoperazine)处理 ,对丰抗 8号小麦幼苗在水分胁迫时产生的 44.2 k D蛋白亚基没有明显抑制作用 ,对悬浮培养细胞中由ABA+ PEG所诱导的该蛋白含量的升高影响较小 ,但能抑制细胞中由 ABA诱导的 44.2 k D蛋白亚基百分含量的增加。表明由单纯激素 ( ABA)引起的信号传递途径可能与 Ca M有关 ,且较为简单 ,而由水分胁迫或水分胁迫 +
Production or mass-synthesis of 44.2 kD subunit in wheat seedl ings and suspended culture cell of Fengkang 8 was induced by water stress or ABA.The results of seedlings and suspension-culture cells treated by different concentration TFP show that:44.2 kD subunit,which appeared in seedlings under water stress and increased in cells by ABA+PEG induced,was not remarkably inhibited.However,44.2 kD subunit induced by ABA in cells can be effectively restrained by TFP.It demonstrated that signal transmitting induced by sole hormone (ABA) might related to CaM,and it was simple.Nevertheless signal transmitting induced by water stress or ABA+PEG might was more complicated than that induced by sole hormone in cells.
