摘要
本文以塑料是一种具有粘弹性的材料为依据,对薄壁PVC塑料管承受内外压的能力进行了研究论证。通过蠕变开裂的长期强度试验研究,确定了薄壁PVC管的许用应力、适宜的工作压力,预测了该管的使用寿命。又通过大量模拟土压试验研究,论证了薄壁PVC塑料管承受外压的能力是管材本身刚度和回填土壤反作用模量的组合。
This paper, based on a kind of plasties with plasticity and elasticity, studies and proves the capability of bearing internal and external pressures on PVC plastic pipe the thin-wall, determines the allowable Stress of the pipe, suitable working pressures, aud predicts the life span. Through many simulating experiments on soilpressure. the capability of the thin-wall PVC pipe to bear internal and external pressures proves to be the combinations of stiffness of the pipe itself and the reacting moduls of backfill. The ratio of the long-term allowable transbormation remains about 5 percent.
