摘要
:4头体重为 4 0kg左右的成年湖羊 ,自身前后对照。实验期以 60mg/kg·BW的量一次口服经保护的半胱胺 (CS)。于口服CS前和口服后的第 1、3、5、7d通过颈静脉插管间隔 15min连续采取 3h血样 ,经放射免疫测定得出 :血浆生长抑素对照期水平为 194 19± 19 0 8pg/ml,处理后第1、3、5d分别下降了 2 6 2 0 % (P <0 0 5 )、2 1 2 7% (P <0 0 5 )和 31 5 6% (P <0 0 1) ,第 7d回升 ,但仍低于对照水平 ;甲状腺激素在口服CS后明显升高 ,T3 口服前为 0 87± 0 12ng/ml,口服后第 1、3d分别升高 4 8 2 8% (P <0 0 1)和 4 2 5 3% (P <0 0 1) ;T4 则由对照期的 2 8 5 9± 1 74ng/ml到口服后第 1、3、5d分别升高了 30 19% (P <0 0 5 )、31 13% (P <0 0 5 )和 63 30 % (P <0 0 5 ) ;促甲状腺激素在口服后第 3d较对照期升高 65 34 % (5 0 1± 1 17μIU/mlvs .3 0 3± 0 97μIU/ml,P <0 0 1) ;胰岛素水平在口服后各天均较对照期极显著升高 (P <0 0 1)。结果表明 :成年湖羊口服CS后 ,CS虽可能受瘤胃微生物的作用 ,但与单胃动物一样 ,血浆中的生长抑素水平明显降低 ,T3 、T4 、促甲状腺激素和胰岛素的水平升高 ,从而有利于动物的生长及提高饲料利用效率。
Four adult Hu sheep fitted with temporary catheter implanted into jugular vein were used in this study.The animals were treated by supplementation of cysteamine(CS)at dosage of 60 mg/kg·BW.The plasma somatostatin(SS)concentration was 194 19±19 08 pg/ml in control period.Whereas on day 1,3,5 of treatment period,SS concentrations were decreased by 26 20% (P<0 05),21 27%(P<0 05) and 31 56%(P<0 01),respectively.Thereafter it was rose on the seventh day,however it was still lower than that of control.T 3 content was 0 87±0 12 ng/ml in control period and on day 1 and day 3 after treatment,T 3 content were increased by 48 28% (P<0 01)and 42 53% (P<0 01),respectively.Comparing with control period(28 59±1 74 ng/ml),T 4 content were elevated by 30 19%(P<0 05),31 13%(P<0 05)and 63 30%(P<0 05)on day 1,3,5.On the third day,TSH level was increased by 65 34%(5 01±1 17 μIU/ml vs.3 03±0 97 μIU/ml,P<0 01).In treated period,insulin levels were significantly higher than that of control period(P<0 01). The result indicates that oral administration of CS affect the plasma hormone levels obviously although CS maybe influenced by rumen microorganism in sheep.By way of reducing plasma SS level and increasing plasma TSH,T 3,T 4 and insulin,CS can promote the animal growth and improve the feed utilization.
