摘要
采用菌落生长速率法测定库拉索芦荟对 18个属 2 0个种的植物病原真菌的抑制效果 ,试验结果表明 ,库拉索芦荟对稻瘟病菌 (Pyriculariaoryzae)、芒果褐色蒂腐病菌 (Phomopsismangiferae)、苜蓿茎点霉 (Phomamedicaginis)等 17种真菌具有不同程度的抑菌活性。抑菌活性物质在叶皮及叶肉中均有分布 ,植株基部叶片的抑菌活性高于上部叶片。 12 1℃ 1.5Mpa处理 2
Effects of Aloe vera L. on growth of 20 plant pathogenic fungi covering 18 genera were tested in vitro. The experimental results revealed that colonies of 85% of the tested fungi including Pyricularia oryzae, Phoma medicaginis, Phomopsis mangiferae et al., were suppressed on PDA plates containing aloetic leaf juice in varying degrees. The fungus-inhibiting activities in the lower leaves were found more higher than that in the upper ones. The effect of A. vera on inhibiting the fungous growth markedly declined by the treatments of a high temperature (121℃) and a high pressure (1.5 Mpa) for 20 min.
