摘要
利用历史文献资料与现代遥感资料 ,分析了近 5 0 0年以来平原湖区土地开发过程 ,将这5 0 0年的湖区开发史划分为 7个阶段 ,阐述了每个阶段的特点 .剖析了湖区围垦的经验教训 ,人口增长、政府政策与管理、水利建设对湖区土地围垦影响大 ,围湖垦殖影响湖区生态环境 .
Making use of historical literature and present remote sensing data, this paper discusses the process of land exploitation in Jianghan plain and lake area in recent 500 years, divides the exploitation history in recent 500 years 7 phases, and expounds the characteristics of each period. It thinks that population increase, government policy and management, water conservancy influence land exploitation greatly and reclaiming land from lakes have influence upon the environment of the lake area. Through summarizing the historical reclamation experiences and lessons,it provides some suggestions on withdrawing farmland and returning lakes.
