本文阐述高等院校开设公共选修课程的重要性，并从规范教学、完善制度、加强管理等方面探讨如何加强公共选修课程的建设。
This paper inquires into briefly the importance of shengthening the construction of common elective courses in universities and colleges in the following aspects: standardization of teaching, perfecting the system and enhancing management, etc.
