摘要
矮牵牛以茎尖、茎段和叶片为外植体 ,以MS为基本培养基 ,添加不同的激素配比 ,在MS +BA 2mg/L +NAA0 .1mg/L上诱导形成的愈伤组织块 ,再移至MS+BA 1mg/L +NAA 0 .1mg/L上分化形成苗 ,如此交替作用 ,可达到最高的繁殖倍数、诱导率和分化率 ,变异苗也最少 ,能取得最佳效果 ;生根适宜的培养基为MS +NAA 0 .5mg/L和MS +NAA 0 .3mg/L +IAA 0 .2mg/L。
Shoot tips, stem segments and young leaves of Petunia hybrida were adopted as explants and cultured on MS medium supplemented with different combinations of plant growth regulators. Best results of callus induction were achieved on MS enriched with BA 2 mg/L and NAA 0.1 mg/L. The calli were then transferred onto MS supplemented with BA 1 mg/L and NAA 0.1 mg/L for shoot differentiation. Repeated operation of the two procedures gave the highest propagation coefficient, induction rate and differentiation percentage, and the least aberration. Optimum media were MS + NAA 0.5 mg/L and MS + NAA 0.3 mg/L + IAA 0.2 mg/L.
