摘要
本文阐述了新形势下科技情报的地位作用,需求特点,针对福建农业科技情报现状,提出“八五”发展的指导思想、方向、目标、重点任务,为制定我省农业科技情报规划提供参考。
The status, role, and characteristics of the demands for scientific and technological information in the new situation was reviewed by the authors。 and the guiding ideology, orientation, objective and major tasks for the deve- lopment during the EIGHTY FIVE YEAR PLAN were also pointed out as the reference for the planning of the development of the agricultural scientech information in Fujian Province.
