摘要
本研究以陆地棉遗传标准系 TM- 1(衣分 31.4 % )和 T5 86(衣分 7.64% )为亲本构建衣分QTL s的作图群体。根据 F2 单株衣分表现 ,以 BSA法筛选获得 4个与控制陆地棉衣分 QTL s连锁的RAPD分子标记。其中 ,OPD1394 7,OPAD0 2 50 0 ,OPAO1694 73个标记位于同一连锁群 ,且与茸毛基因(T1)连锁 ,位于棉花的第 6染色体上。该衣分 QTL来自 T5 86,标记位点可解释 6.6%的表型变异。OPAK0 5 94 0 与另一衣分 QTL连锁 ,其供体基因来自 TM- 1,可解释 7.6%的表型变异。此外鉴定出影响衣分表达的 3个形态标记 ,植株被茸毛 (T1)对衣分具有增益作用 ,可解释表型变异的 3.5 7% ;棕色纤维 (LC1)对衣分具有减效作用 ,可解释表型变异的 3.85 % ;光籽 (N1)对衣分具有巨大的负作用 ,该 F2群体约 4 3.2
Four RAPD molecular markers linked to lint percent QTLs in Upland Cott on were identified using Bulked Segregant Analysis in the F 2 populations cross ed between genetic standard, TM 1(its lint percent is 31.4% ) and T586 (lint p ercen t is 7.64% ). Among them, OPD13 947 , OPAD02 500 , and OPAO16 94 7 were mapped to the s ame linkage group, the sixth chromosome, and linked to the hirsute gene T 1 . The identified QTL was supposed to from T586 and can explain the phenotypic variatio n by 6.6%. OPAK05 940 was linked to another lint percent locus contributed by TM 1 and can explain the phenotypic variation by 7.6%. Additionally, thr ee morpholo gical markers associated with variation in lint percent were identified. The all ele at T 1 increased the lint percent while the allele at brown color fiber ( L C1 ) decreased the lint percent, and can explain the phenotypic vari ation by 3.57% , and 3.85% , respectively. Naked seed ( N 1 ) had a huge negative effect on the lint percent and caused about 43.26% lint percent loss.
