摘要
介绍一种基于高速转镜的高分辨率光谱仪的原理 ,讨论了光程差的非线性与转镜转角 θ、折射率 n的关系 ,给出光程差的一般公式 ,并讨论了一般空间光线的光程差 ,及系统非线性变化规律 .计算得到了使非线性最小的理想的材料折射率值 ,并通过计算机仿真 ,进行了验证 .
Principles of a High Resolution Spectrometer oriented on high speed rotating refractor is introduced.Formula to calculate the optical path difference on axial and viewfield ray from any direction are detailed.The relations of system nonlinearity and angle of the refractor,the refraction of the material are analysed emphatically.The best refraction of rotating refractive is given,and is tested in the emulating experiments.
