摘要
为了保证芯棒机械绝缘性能和耐酸腐蚀性能的稳定性 ,根据拉挤成型芯棒材质构成特点 ,通过分析验证认为 :芯棒中起着骨架作用的纤维应选择绝缘强度高、各种性能稳定的无碱玻璃纤维 ;芯棒中起着粘合防护作用的基体应选取粘接性能牢靠、耐酸腐蚀性能好的树脂 ;芯棒拉挤成型主要参数应根据树脂固化的“放热曲线”为基准加以确定。
To ensure the stability of mechanical and acid resistant properties of insulator core,it is beleived that E-glass fiber with good insulation property and stability,resin with good adhesion and acid resistant property should be used,the main processing parameters should be determinde by 'exothermic curve
