摘要
本试验对头孢哌酮钠的储存条件进行了考察,用高效液相色谱法跟踪测定了不同温度条件下头孢哌酮钠含量的变化情况,结果表明温度对头孢哌酮钠含量的影响较大,因此,头孢哌酮钠原粉或粉针均应于冷处(温度为2～10℃)储存。
The article studies the storage condition of Ceforperazone sodium and uses HPLC to determine its content under different temperature continuously. The results show that the temperature has large influence to the content of Cefoperazone sodium.
