摘要
目的 通过对舒张功能的测定 ,及时发现潜在的高血压危险因素。方法 应用彩色多普勒超声心动图技术 ,对 34例既往有低血压或偏低血压史 ,以后血压升高者 ,按 WHO 1978年诊断标准仍在正常范围者进行了左室舒张功能测定 ,与 34例 、 期高血压患者及正常人对照分析。结果 前两组舒张功能减低 ,E、A两峰比较无差异并显著高于正常对照组 (P<0 .0 1)。用降压药物治疗后 ,两组舒张功能均改善 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 检测左室舒张功能有助于发现潜在的高血压。
Objective To detect the relationship between latent hypertension and left ventricular diastolic function.Method Left ventricular diastolic function was evaluated by color Doppler echocardiography in Ⅰ group (34 patients,who had a history of hypotension or a declined one,were going to be hypertensive afterwards,but still within the normal extent of WHO standard 1978),Ⅱ group (34 patients with Ⅰ or Ⅱ phase hypertension),and 30 control subjects.Results Left ventricular diastolic function descended in the former two groups,and there was no difference between E and A peaks,but which two peaks were higher remarkably than those in control group (P<0 01).Left ventricular diastolic functions of the two groups all improved after drug treatment.Conclusion The examination of left ventricular diastolic function contributes to finding out latent danger factor of hypertension.
