摘要
目的 :比较结核性分房性胸水中西医结合治疗与西医治疗的效果。方法 :将初治结核性分房性胸水患者随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,分别用中药联合西药、西药治疗 ,治疗前后观察胸片、B超变化。结果 :治疗组显效率 90 % ,对照组显效率12 % ,两组比较有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论
Object: To compare the effect between traditional Chinese medicine integrated with western medicine and western medicine only in treating locuated intrathoracic dropsy. Methods: The patients suffered from tuberculous located intrathoracic had been divided into two groups: a test group and a control group, which were treated by traditional Chinese drugs mixed with western drugs and western drugs respectively. The roentgenogram of chest and B ultrasonic wave had been taken before and after tratment. Result: The rate of obvious effect in the test group was 90% and that in the control 12%. There was significant difference between them (P<0.01). Conclusion: The cruative effect of traditional Chinese drugs is better than that of hormone.
