摘要
本文利用微波炉对黄桃作了干燥试验,得到物料内部温度梯度、物料周围温度分布和黄桃脱水特性等规律以及干燥方程,得到微波干燥、远红外与微波联合干燥时各参数对干燥速率、电耗、质量的影响规律和较佳参数组合。
In this paper, a series of drying tests on yellow peach have been made with microwave oven. Internal and environment temperature distribution of yellow peach were studied. Dehydrating characteristic was observed and dehydrating models have been gained. The effects of factors on dehydrating rate, power consumption and far-infrared united with microwave drying were discussed. The better combinations of parameters have been obtained.
