摘要
目的 研究青年肥胖者与正常人胰腺脂肪替代的CT特征 ,定性定量评价胰腺脂肪替代 (fatreplacement)的程度。方法 68例青年肥胖者和 60例体重正常者行胰腺CT扫描 ,测量胰腺头、颈、体、尾部大小 ,并从以上四个部位半定量评价其脂肪替代程度。结果 肥胖组各部位胰腺体组织显著少于正常组 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,而且四个部位胰腺脂肪替代程度比正常组明显高 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 青年肥胖者胰腺腺体组织显著减少 ,常见胰腺脂肪组织替代。
Objective To comp are the CT features of pancreatic fatty replacement in youth obese and in normal and to evaluate the degree of fatty rep lacement of the pancreas.Methods CT scans in 68 youth obese patients and in 60 control normal were evaluated for thickness a nd degree of pancreatic fatty replacemen t.Thickness was measured at four anatomi c levels.The patterns of pancreatic fatt y replacement was visually evaluated in four pancreatic regions.Images were semi quantitatively analyzed by the two exami nators.Results In obese group,pancr eatic glandular tissue was significantly thinner(P<0.001)and the degree of fat ty replacement was significantly greater in the four regions(P<0.001)than thos e in normal group.Conclusions In youth obese p atient,pancreatic glandular tissue is si gnificantly reduced in size.Pancreatic f atty replacement is the most frequent pa ttern in youth obese.
